For foreign people who wish to study, work, and live in Japan.
When I started my international practice as a Certified Administrative Procedure Legal Specialist (Gyoseisyoshi), I was very surprised to find that a lot of foreigners who came to Japan because they admired the country and wanted to continue living and working in Japan for a long time. Since then, I have gained experience at a Kitano International Gyoseisyoshi Corporation located right next to the Chiba Branch of the Immigration Bureau and at a major Gyoseisyoshi Legal Specialist Corporation Office in Tokyo. After graduating from university, I worked at the Sapporo District Court, and after getting married and moving to Chiba City, I have had the opportunity to come into contact with many foreigners while engaging in trading business at a wheelchair company and working for an English conversation school. I have decided to open my own office in order to do what I can to support foreigners living in Japan.
The number of foreigners living in Japan, including in Chiba Prefecture, is increasing every year. In order to compensate for the decrease in the workforce due to Japan’s low birth rate and aging population, companies are accepting more and more foreigners, and the government has launched a series of policies to actively accept talented and passionate foreigners.
Whether you have just started living in Japan, wish to continue living in Japan, or wish to make Japan your permanent home, it is very difficult to understand and prepare the documents to be submitted to Immigration and Japanese government. I would like to help foreign residents to understand and comply with the Japanese laws so that they can live a full life without any negative impact on their stay in Japan.
The Japanese visa system is complicated, and there are many procedures that are not smooth for foreigners. In addition, once an application is filed, it is recorded and stored by the Immigration Bureau, so it is important to carefully prepare documents based on the facts to ensure that there are no discrepancies with previous applications. Based on our professional knowledge, we will support you throughout the process of collecting, preparing, and verifying the necessary documents.
